Acadia Rehabilitation is a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility. C.O.R.F. We are a State of Arizona Certified Outpatient Treatment Center through the Department of Public Health and now a Certified Medicare Part A Facility as well as Part B. We Accept Medicare Assignment and Most Insurances.
We are required to meet high levels of professional standards of patient care and safety, high levels of cleanliness of facility and equipment, and comprehensive rehabilitation modalities for our patients.
Acadia Rehabilitation and Acadia Health Clinic are located in Peoria, Arizona. These two names are under one roof but Acadia Rehabilitation is our rehabilitation side and Acadia Health Clinic is our health and wellness side. We are on 94th Drive off of Thunderbird Avenue in the Plaza del Rio Medical Campus at 13260 N. 94th DR, STE 205, Medical Center 3, Building 200. Our Clinic Phone is 623-583-6570.
We are a caring and dedicated staff of therapists, counselors, and assistive personnel working as a skilled team to rehabilitate our patients to ‘their’ optimal level of safe and healthy independent living and function.

- Acadia Therapists have the opportunity to work closely with the ‘Panel Physicians’ in the treatment process which provides ongoing individualized updated education and knowledge, resources and feedback in their patient’s rehabilitation process.
- Acadia ‘Panel Physicians’ and the Therapists provide affordable quality healthcare; patients can afford continuous treatment which gives us the ability to break their chronic/acute pain cycle; assisting patients in their healing process!
Some of the main areas of therapy are orthopedic challenges, neurological challenges, head injury challenges, and cognitive (mental challenges) issues. Neuromusculoskeletal areas are another major area we specialize in for therapy. This program specializes in the treatment of muscle pain, joint stiffness, back and neck and shoulder pain, fibromyalgia, migraines and day-to-day stress for postural and structural problems.
Acadia also has a large private massage therapy clinic for our non insurance clients. Acadia's licensed massage therapy team specializes and believes in integrating ‘your' medical and ‘our' care through hands-on physiotherapy for musculoskeletal conditions providing you pain relief.
Acadia Health Clinic, LLC believes in giving back to the community and has donated services to the Cancer Society’s ‘Relay for Life’ Event, Arizona Blind and Deaf Children’s Foundation, Kids Chance of Arizona, Jewish Foundation, Catholic Community, Christian Women’s Business Exposition, Sun Health Research Foundation-Boswell/Del Webb Hospital, Sun Health Breast Cancer Awareness Health Fair, Occupational Therapy of Arizona Annual Conference 2005/06.
